@bobbi-j we got lucky slight cellar flooding and power outage for a half an hour yesterday, and then at 11:30 AM we lost power, and it is still out. Our generator is churning away, so all is still good.

Cable crapped out at 8:30 PM, and cable and power just came back on about 15 minutes ago. Don't understand the lag after the storm ? Perhaps we were shut down so that they could work on neighboring areas ?

DD1 turned 19 today... Where the heck did all that time go???


DD3 made her a cake & we’re getting ready to turn on a ballet version of Alice in Wonderland. That should be interesting, or at least different.

Wait until she turns 50. That's the real shocker.

My quarantine is supposed to be done Monday.

I am now feeling fine.

And who is sick in your tribe? Regular sick, or covid sick??

Wow hope it is regular sick like cold .. Alaska glad to hear your feeling better again cleaned my coops said thank you to bunch folks here .. Maybe I thought I would feel old nope not in the mind anyhow

I should clarify - not my people at home. My people in Alaska. Their son had a known exposure, tested before he got sick, but got sick while waiting for results. Test was negative, but he has fatigue, congestion, loss of smell, fever... The dad is showing similar symptoms. I wouldn’t be surprised if it’s Covid sick. Don’t know if Dad will get tested. They’re going to quarantine anyway.
