Afternoon Pond took 3 cockerel in to auction .. Interesting they are not taking week old anymore right now weather is too wonky.

Good morning. We have had another decent night of rain, and it looks like the next week we should have a pretty consistent opportunity for more! The mountains around us all have snow on them. For us, this is very good news. I doubt it will change the water restrictions though.

Butchering day for about 15 of our meat birds. I'm also going to do 3 of our regular roosters as well.

We are a week behind... so for us today was Lazarus Saturday, and tomorrow is Palm Sunday.

I love being a week behind! I am already looking forward to 1/2 off Easter candy on Monday!
