I just noticed the membership number is about 370k,last I saw it was around 415k... are there some that didn't get imported over or were inactive accts deleted?

The database has 464,270 members, but this system does not count spam, banned, etc. accounts like huddler's system did. At least that's what I've been told.

The good news is, that we haven't run into a situation where we've seen a missing member, missing thread, missing post, or missing PM.

If anything, we've erred on importing too much stuff (hence the restored deleted PMs).

Thanks, Kathy! Firefox was telling me this was an unsecured site and BYC was not recognizing my password, so I had to change it.

I am very disappointed that all 3 of the chicken specific emojis are missing- flapping hen, jumping chick, and dancing rooster. Hope they come back!

Other than cosmetic stuff like that, everything seems to be working as it should. The Watched Threads will be my go-to way of navigating. Still checking if it will take me to the first unread post... need some more people to get back home and see!

Thanks, Kathy! Firefox was telling me this was an unsecured site and BYC was not recognizing my password, so I had to change it.

At the top and the bottom of the first and last message of each thread page there is the option to "Go to first unread" see pic above.

Curiosity I noticed... there are 6 members with usernames that start with the same first 5 letters as my own (ravyn)... when I start a tag with ravyn, only my own username comes up in the dropbox... is it because they haven't been active for quite some time (I believe 1 hasn't been on for 9 months, the others for years)?

I do have a reason for asking, I am considering a username change but keeping the first 5 letters the same... just wondering if it would cause the others to pop up as well after changing...

Also, in the listings of the threads, if you click the bullet in front of the thread name that will take you right to the first unread post in the thread... the bullet disappears when all posts have been read and there aren't any new ones to read...
