Yes, it's now separate whereas before all the pic options were in the box.

Doesn't like that you can't see the actual image in edit field.

Ya, that's one of my BIGGEST issues with this software. The new version is reported to fix this, but I'm not taking on a huge site upgrade any time soon!

Are they BYC members? Did they try resetting their password?
