Here is a picture of me and My nine year old dd attempt at a Chicken house. We threw it up in one afternoon. Looks like Fred Sanford Meets Blair Witch project - but it works - Keeps them warm and dry!

Ah Hah! We have the same shed! Vinyl..oh OK, did not know that! Very nice set up you have! I have not seen these sheds since I got this one 7/8 years ago....?

BTW, I didn't build it, I had someone put the shed together years ago, but it always looked like a chicken coop to me ! So NOW it is! It was only last May I paid a friend who needed the work to put the run together. Thanks for your comments! I already had messed around with chicken wire with that other set up.

If I have a few $$ I'll let someone who knows what they're doing put the dang chicken wire up!

You ship chicks? I was thinking of going with MPC. I had gotten my started pullets thru them and then I got a rescued hen. Now I need a chick fix fixed

Give me more details Marlin..you do this regularly? etc etc etc. I'm still learning in the chick department (!) What say?

I have a chicken that leys eggs but doesnt sit on them? Is she supposed to sit on them all the time , or is she sitten on them when im not looking?

We have took that shed apart about four times already! And its good as new and a snap to clean up. I use just a little soap with bleach and lots of water and took an old broom and scrub up the walls, roof and rubber mat floor. It was dry in a few hours on a sunny hot day! That is why I love this type of shed!
