Sorry for your loss and what you had to do. To bad you couldn't shoot some of the owners. Four inch barreled 45 autos do have a heck of a bark and recoil is pretty snappy! Not bad shooting on a moving target at 20 yards, have had to do it too with a 9x23mm Star Super.

Sometimes dogs get away from the owner or gets out of its run. Its unfortunate, and many times no matter how many times the owner does something new to try and prevent it, it continues to happen. As I said, unfortunate but you have to do what you have to do to protect you flock.
