Welsh Harlequin Ducks-Sexing at 9 weeks old

Hello! I have some Welsh Harlequin ducks that are 9 weeks old that I am having trouble sexing. I've never had this breed before, I'm kinda leaning toward two females but they kinda have a beak that is outlined in yellow. Take a look below.

I've never owned this breed of duck, but the drakes (boys) have a curl on their tail tip making a C shape, girls do not.. I say girls unless this breed is specific to colors vs tail curl.

So where your little ones boys or girls? I have an identical duck right now and it is killing me not knowing. I have been searching and searching for information to no avail. I am hoping for a girl but I feel like it is a boy.
