Welsummer bantam sitting on duck eggs

Wow, thats amazing what can happen when you let nature take its course and not interfere so much. Glad the little one made it out alive. Baby ducks and chickens are always great additions to any family. Hopefully it grows up into a nice duckie to play with.

Thank you everyone. I have left them together in the coop, with the door closed. I have a run with attached coop ready with a tiny little pond for when they are ready. Should I just leave them in the present coop tonight and do I need to feed or give the duck anything today.
 
Baby won't need anything today feeding off of the yolk she absorbed. Tomorrow you can put out feed and water close by and mama can eat if she wants and show baby where it is. Put out something like this for mama and duckling that way baby can't climb

into it. Chick waterer will work too for first week.
