but I did see two more of them move!!! I guess the three I had been seeing were awake while the others were asleep, cause this makes me feel SOOOO much better!!! All my opening and closing the bator last night didn't kill them....So are me and chickenlittle the only ones without pips yet???

See, quiltnchik? You had nuthin to worry about!!! You just didn't have to deal with the frustration of seeing them move and not having them pip yet

I dunno, from what I read they are called "internally pipped" when they've broken into the air cell but haven't broken the shell....at least that's what I'm going with, cause it sounds good

I was having a totally blond moment! Of course the chick has internally pipped - how else would it be cheeping?!? Thanks for telling me - now it makes PERFECT sense! DUH!! (feeling stupider and stupider) - lol
