were did the feathers go?

my 2 year old hen Butter got the back of her neck ripped up by the rooster so I isolated her. Her skin grew back fine but there is no sign of new feathers. I would really like to show her but with the bare neck she wouldn't have a chance. ( haha I could lie and say she was a Naked Neck but i wouldn't )

So my question is, is there anything I can do to get the feathers back?
