Oh, great, so you can come down and do it for me..? lol
Idk how people do it by hand...it's gonna take forever!!!

These two were supposed to be Dutch Bantams, they are teeny tiny. Looks like they also have their adult feathers, idk, it's odd...lol.

Not sure which pic your referring to.

As to the wood, 1 tree wouldn't come down. The next tree my fiance got the chainsaw I just bought him 3 days ago for xmas stuck in it. We had to use the ax to chip it out, tree fell on the bar and ruined it and the chain. We went and got a new bar & chain, he got it stuck in the third tree. I used one of those tighteners for cargo and got it out most of the way, then he axed the tree down, and it just barley made it. Went back to the 1st tree and finally got it down. Got the branch you see the chickens walking down 4th. Then we took down 2 little pines[fiance hates pine trees & these are all pines we cut] he almost got the chainsaw stuck as the tree fell. Sixth tree had 3 trunks, 1st cut, but stuck on the other branches. Second cut, now two stuck, 3rd and it all came down, lol.
Trees nearly fell on the dog and him, since they wouldn't listen to me...men. Ah well...

You made my day with these pictures!!!! It's cold, rainy and stormy here and I was feeling down and house-bound. It was just wonderful to look through your eyes and see beautiful things. I think my favorite was the single striped feather. It just 'spoke' to me. I wish I could let my silkies free range, but alas, I am a secret farmer stuck in a neighborhood where my addiction must be kept quiet. That's hard to do with two competing new roos who just declared their manhood and the next chicken swap is a month away! Oh my. So thank you for sharing your beautiful land, chickens and love of nature with me and others today.
