I saw a thread for East and Middle but searched several pages ad did not find one for West. I am in SW Tn, just South of Jackson. I have cuckoo marans.

Memphis here! I have 2 Buff Orps, 2 EE's, 1 Barred Rock, and one RIR/white Leghorn mutt. This is my first flock started last summer and it's a blast!

Glad to see you! Where in Memphis do you live? I've had the same breeds as you at some time. They are good breeds. I even had pure white leghorns go broody,hatch and raise chicks. They are fierce,devoted mothers.
