I’ve been having issues with one hatching chick. I finally finished assisting it’s hatch tonight because it was half out, sprawled out when I got home. The only way to get it out of the membrane was to soak it in a warm bath and slowly peel the membrane off. It is now back in the bator, 100 F and 75% humidity. It’s just laying on its side. It looks to me like the membrane had stuck the wings out of place for so long that it can’t use them. Is there anything I can do to help? I feel so bad, I may have waited too long to finish the hatch
It’s still peeping a lot and it is trying to move but can’t get on its feet.
