Thank you. I’ll look into that more. I thought they only excreted those through the white part of the poop.

It's not the only way they excrete them, they can come out alone or in other forms of droppings.
But, if they aren't eating enough and are sick they will have droppings more like that. That's nothing to worry about though in your case.
