Late to the party, but had some oooh-aaah moments, and some chuckles catching up :D Hi y’all!

Mine’s pretty self explanatory and boring. WV - I’m from West Virginia, and I have ducks and chickens (and pigeons, and had quail and turkey!) and I’m a chick. Lol

I know of at least one old thread like this, but it’s nice to see a new one :clap

National Football Conference. Half of the NFL, the other half being the AFC, American Football Conference. :D

Great idea for a thread! It's interesting to read the stories behind the names for sure.

The first part of my name is pronounced Eyegore. If you haven't seen Young Frankenstein with Gene Wilder and Marty Feldman you really should! Frankenstein pronounced his name in the movie with a short a sound rather than the long a that we normally use. So Igor used the short I sound for his.

The second half is because my husband thinks it's funny to walk around like a hunchback dragging a leg saying, " Yeeeees Mistress!" when I ask him to help with chores. He's a dork.

"Yeeeees Mistress" is the perfect response from a spouse when being asked to do a chore. I'd have to say, he's a smart dork! :gig
