It’s actually kinda funny you say that. The previous foster told us she doesn’t do fetch at all. That man lied. She retrieves constantly which makes me wonder if she has some retrieving blood in there.

I’m gonna guess she has some Rottweiler. And something skinny.
We got DNA tests for our 2 dogs and were quite surprised. They were very detailed, showing a family tree going back 3 generations.
Here’s the family tree from our little dog we assumed was a terrier. Look at his picture first and see if you can guess.

Thought you might like to do another breed guess. Here’s our other dog, and then his DNA family tree. You might be able to guess the predominant breed, —however, he’s about 20 lbs.


We are surprised at all the long haired ancestors. That mixed great grandparent includes German Shepherd, which is where he must get his larger size. But he really acts like a chihuahua.
We used the Embark tests. They also show you close relatives, if the owners posted pics, cousins and half siblings...
