What’s the weirdest spot your hen(s) has laid?

She looks just like my cousin's hen Sophia who is a copper Maran she lays awesome khakis olive chocolaty eggs

my barred rocks lay all of their eggs in my planter box, which is a trash can.

Hahaha I have a couple who try to lay theirs in my garbage bag in the barn.

I just remove them for m the bag and plunk them in the nest box.

A Black Copper Marans are supposed to lay solid chocolate brown eggs. Shouldn't have a olive green appearance, which would make her an olive Egger.

My girl lays pink eggs.

Not me but the friend I bought by coup from. There’s a big vent covered by a old piece of wire shelf about 15ft off the ground. One of his smaller hens always laid her eggs in sil of the vent. He said it was a pain in butt to get down!

In the gutters and underneath the old generator.she laid there for some while I didn't even know she had started to lay until I had to turn it on

OF course spoke too soon, found old Nellie making a nest in the shavings bag, and she lady a lovely blue egg in there for me today! Good thing I heard her rustling in the bag!

More brown than olive... I am sure she is likely not pure but she is pretty and quite a character hahaha.
