What’s wrong with my chick’s leg?

I'm sorry about the chick.
It could be slipped tendon or possibly a leg bone deformity.
Can you feel the back of the knee joint and compare it the other one to see if you feel the tendon out of place?
Any chance you know how long the leg has been like that? The older they get if it's from injury, the harder it will be to fix.
I agree, it won't hurt to give the chick 1/4 tablet human B-Complex for a week, but I'm just not sure how to "fix" the leg since it's twisted outward like that.

I agree that it is probably a leg bone deformity. Some are due to tibial dyschondronplasia or twisted tibia, varus or valgus deformity, and the legs can turn and twist in directions that make the leg unuseable. Tendons can rupture as the chick grows. Here is some reading about this:
