I'd give them a B-. My first order had 30% loss. I was devastated. Never had that amount of loss before with other hatcheries. The next order all were fine. The next 25% loss. Not sure what is up. They were very good customer service-wise. Credited my account. Not sure if it is someone along the delivery route that is causing the problems or what. The birds that lived were fine and great layers.
