It's definately a Silver laced wyandotte and I think it's a pullet, hatchery quality! Where did you get it? I have a one around the same age that is slighty getting a red comb and small wattles, and I'm positive mine is a pullet.

I got her from Pickeren Valley Feed & Farm in Exton PA (outside of Philli)
She is very shy and always the last to go in the coop for the night.
So far Im thinking Bourke is a pullet too

My vote is Pullet.

Looks a lot like my silverlaced wynadotte pullet (mine has more silver). At 2 1/2 months it should have a darker, fuller comb if it's a roo. You'll know for sure once it starts crowing or popping out eggs but if I were you I would pick up a basket for those eggs.
