What are some strange habits your chickens have?

Pickles the chick has always tries to photobomb EVERY PHOTO I take of the chicks. He will not let anyone else be the star of thr photo or video, he will barge through and steal the spotlight!

One chicken, Sam, always pecks at the camera when I’m trying to take pictures. (For gender guesses) this time I do have photos!

Thats the only way mine will take worms is if i tap by it. They haul feathers from across the yard. If i cant find my youngest hen cause she doesnt stay with the other ladies I yell "tweet tweet!" And she comes like a bullet.

Oh yes...I can already think of several..First that came to mind was one of my unnamed RIR mix,she is so huge but loves to jump up as high on the roosts as she can..and then get stuck every time and can’t get down.I physically have to move her chunky self back down every feeding!

If mine are out free ranging and they see my come outside it's like a stampede, everyone wants to come see if I have any food.

So, I have an EE hen that circles the waterer with every drink. She takes a sip, walks around the waterer back to the same spot, takes a sip, repeat.
Some sort of OCD thing? Idk.

Every time I open the coop door to let them out to free range Midnight always runs to the wash to lay her egg in her nest. The first time that I found her nest there were about 20 eggs. She has the best personality of all the chickens.
