I set up a little veggie patch, and only the carrots grew. also these 2 delightful plants, on which seeds are just showing up.

What are they?

Here is a pretty little plant that started out teensy weensy, growing next to a carrot. I moved it to another bed and it thrived. It has pretty little white flowers on the top.

I call it my 'Fairy Plant'. What is it?

I will be very happy to find out hat is growing in my garden. Also, I didn't plant any of these. But I suspect the top 2 to be buckwheat, as we have lots of spilled chook seed around sometimes. :D

ditto wheat for the first; the second I can't remember the name but I have a patch of them, grown from seed I bought and sowed as a perennial for flower beds.

@007Sean is bearded wheat otherwise known as emmer wheat?
Yes and no, the wheat in your pic has most likely been domesticated. Emmer wheat has not been domesticated. Emmer wheat would shed it's seeds, the domesticated variety's have been engineered not to shed it's seed except via mechanical/hand manipulation.
