Well, it was just pasta last night, with a cup of water. I usually have a decent dinner 2 days on, 1 day off. One day I'll have rice, chicken, and vegetables, the next day I'll eat leftovers, and the subsequent day I'll be lazy and eat something easy to fix.

And if one spouse works and the other doesn't, the one at home should have a meal ready when the working spouse gets home. I'm not sure it should be in front of the TV and all on a tray
I mean, why should someone come home from a day's work to get in the kitchen and start making dinner?
Now if both work, then you have to enter some kind of rotation, or else some kind of tag team action in the kitchen.

Man, I've got to give my parents some respect. It just now crossed my mind that they spent very little time on themselves, and a lot of time on the kids... Well, I guess that is how most families are like with kids. Shew. No kids till later! I like the fact that if I don't make dinner, the only person hungry is ME!
