I belive that Burger King has added the Beyond Burger to its menu.Had not heard of the Beyond Burger, where can I get one? If your iron is low, try putting spinach on your burger instead of lettuce, and eating beans a couple times a week. Taco Tuesday with sides of Spanish Brown rice and Pinto Beans, yum!
With regard to iron.. there are many places you can get it. Fresh uncooked spinach is minearally rich but un digestable for its mineral content. It needs to be cooked a bit or wilted with a fat like butter or bacon grease....

Iron can be obtained from an unusual source and that is from your Cast iron skillet.
Yep good ole cast iron will impart just a tad bit of Iron into your food.
