Yes, I will be there on June 4th for the graduation. I just found out that there is going to be a Mule Show in Winnemucca over the weekend. My brother is in charge. His 7 YO grand daughter is going to be driving a wagon with 4 mules. I gotta go see this!!!

Sounds adorable!!! OK, I guess that trumps the chicken swap.
We are leaving on the 4th so we will miss you this time around. We are camping for the weekend there with other BYC folks. I'm really looking forward to it since we don't get to do this very often. Takes so much organization since we have to get someone to stay here at the house and tend to all the animals for us. I just don't understand why folks aren't lining to move into our house that's in the middle of a renovation and watch our huge assortment of critters for us!
Oh, almost forgot! Lemon and Almond Eclairs this weekend. The lemon custard eclairs have white chocolate and candied lemon zest on top and the Almond ones have dark chocolate with crushed almonds on them.
Glad that I ate breakfast before reading about all the goodies here and seeing pictures of those wonderful pies!
Made these muffins last night and they are a solid "10". (our rating scale for recipes "1 low to 10 highest" for the best thing since sliced bread
) The recipe is from All Recipes and rated a 5 of 5 by 5044 people and we agree 100%. These are must make. So moist. The reason one is missing is that my wonderful Husband couldn't resist and got one before I could snap a photo.
