If made right it is so worth eating the whole thing
3/4cup Buttermilk
3/4cup butter softened
1 &1/2cups sugar
3 FRESH EGGS
1Lg bag coconut
2 pie crusts
Mix sugar, eggs, butter & buttermilk, add coconut
mix well, scoop into pie shells bake at 350 till brown
on top. Let cool and enjoy!! Makes 2 pies. Calories you say??
