My father-laws recipe for coconut custard pie
If made right it is so worth eating the whole thing

3/4cup Buttermilk
3/4cup butter softened
1 &1/2cups sugar
3 FRESH EGGS
1Lg bag coconut
2 pie crusts

Mix sugar, eggs, butter & buttermilk, add coconut
mix well, scoop into pie shells bake at 350 till brown
on top. Let cool and enjoy!! Makes 2 pies. Calories you say??

I'm up to 18 loaves of zucchini bread now. My girls better get laying, I'm going to run out of eggs before I run out of zucchini! Probably got 4 more batches to go. So not too bad. But then I gotta can some peaches and make a cobbler. And the husband is whining for cookies.

Well, I ended yesterday with 24 loaves of zucchini bread baked. So I can check that one off my list.
