What are you baking now?

I am going to make a homemade angel food cake tonight after I run to the store for some cake flour. I think I might top it off with some peaches I canned last week. I wish I could skip dinner tonight

Oh I love the Auburn area! That's a whole lotta zucchini bread!!!

I'm making eggplant parmesan (or parmigiano) right now. It smells delicious!

Pumpkin Marshmallow Dip. Simple, simple.

16 oz. can Pumpkin (not pie filling)
8 oz. softened cream cheese
1 jar marshmallow cream

Combine all ingredients and serve with graham cracker sticks or shortbread cookies. The recipe makes a lot so it's perfect for a party or sharing with a friend.

Seen this today I know its not baking but must be good right!

My parents are in Grass Valley so know your neck of the woods. Nice area and a lot cooler then down here in Happy Valley just outside Redding.

Sandee

I'm actually in Colfax, but most people aren't familiar with where Colfax is, so I say outside of Auburn since a lot of people know where that is.
