Now this one was worth posting, thanks it sounds so good!!

Cranberry Cheese Pie

You Will Need
2-1/2 cups whole-berry cranberry sauce
1 pastry shell (9 inches), baked
1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
2/3 cup sugar
2 eggs, lightly beaten
3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon vanilla extract


What to Do
1. Spread cranberry sauce over the bottom of pastry shell. In a small mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Beat in eggs, flour and vanilla on low speed just until combined. Pour over cranberry layer.

2. Bake at 350° for 35-40 minutes or until center is set. Cool on a wire rack. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours before cutting.

Since we went to someone else's house for Thanksgiving yesterday................I am roasting a turkey and the trimmings here today so we can have ................LEFT OVERS!!

I didnt get enough yesterday, came home last night and made a pumpkin custard.

Got some more apples today and probably make another apple crisp this week. We love them around here, been making about one a week.
 
I've been baking fruitcakes in mini-loaf size from the recipe I left in post 68 . It made 15 mini-loaves. I started another batch of the fruit to make more. It'll be time to bake those the weekend before Christmas.

Also now on my third re-start of Amish Friendship Bread starter. I've baked a bunch of variations - Strawberry, Cranberry/Pecan, Chocolate/Chocolate Chip, Orange/Chocolate Chip, Banana Walnut, Pumpkin Walnut and the traditional Cinnamin one. All of these are selling well at farmers markets for me.

Bisquick Impossible French Apple Pie

Prep Time: 15 Minutes
Cook Time: 1 Hour
Ready In: 1 Hour 15 Minutes
Servings: 10

"Apple pie that makes own crust. Pecans may be used in place of walnuts."
Ingredients:
6 cups tart apples - peeled, cored and sliced
1 1/4 teaspoons ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1 cup white sugar
3/4 cup milk
1/2 cup biscuit mix (e.g. Bisquick)
2 eggs
2 tablespoons butter
1 cup biscuit mix (e.g. Bisquick)
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
1/3 cup light brown sugar
3 tablespoons butter

Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C). Grease a 10 inch pie pan.
2. In a large bowl, mix apples, cinnamon and nutmeg together; turn mixture into pan. In a separate bowl, beat sugar, milk, 1/2 cup biscuit mix, eggs and butter until smooth. Pour over apples.
3. To Make Streusel: In a small bowl, stir together 1 cup biscuit mix, nuts, brown sugar and butter; mix until crumbly. Sprinkle streusel over top of pie.
4. Bake in preheated oven for 55 to 60 minutes; bake until knife inserted in center of pie comes out clean.
