They always went to a party, just not theirs.

Today I made Lemon Pecan Bread with the friendship starter - turned out good! Also made an enchilada casserole (see the crock pot thread) and mixed up the cinnamon babka dough. It is chilling in the fridge, so it will be easier to handle tomorrow.....yeah.....that's it.....I won't deal with it tonight.....I'll think about it tomorrow, Scarlett! Besides, my back and legs hurt. Going to make a quick fried rice for dinner and leave the dirty dishes until the morning. OH! Did I just reveal that? Just pretend you never saw me type that. ;o)

Baked boatloads of brownies, peanut butter blossoms and Christmas cookies yesterday. Need to bake more brownies this morning, then deliver all the goodies ... while trying to keep my 2 tween DDs from eating them!
 
Sliced Beef and gravy today for supper with all the fixings, made Cookies last night Xmas sugars, and pecan fingers, then yesterday afternoon I made home made chip dip,for today, and lots of Xmas candy, peanut butter balls, melt away rolls, melt away bars, fudge, health bars, 7 layer bars, and brownies.......arg I'm suppose to be taking it easy....LOL yah like that will happen anytime before I die.......
So just thought I'd be stopping in to say Merry Christmas to everyone,
If ya don't see me around it's because it hurts to much to type and we are busy with the holiday stuff.
I got bit by a spider 4 days ago and my forearm to my wrist is swollen and ugly, Dr's this morning said a staff infection from the bite they took a culture to see whats what will here Mon. or Tues. so I'm trying to take it easy...not easy this time of year. So happy Holidays to you and yours, have a wonderful Christmas. Kim
 
I made big soft peanut butter cookies yesterday, and today I made a blackberry/pineapple cobbler. I must say both were delicious.
