Ok so I got all the things I need to make this but lol....(always a but). The recipe calls for orange liquor can I just use more vanilla extract or if I want to stay with vanilla can I use vanilla liquor instead of orange if I have to use the liquor?

Also I am going to try and make this in a bigger pan....a 9 inch round cake pan, whatever will fit in. I hope it will be ok that way too.

I always use different flavorings in cakes...whatever mood I am in or whatever ingredients I have on hand

I'd say try it and see how it comes out. I don't know if I'd do it in a large pan though, the center stays gooey and I think it would be difficult to tell when it's done.
