What are you baking now?

I made really yummy bite size cheesecakes topped with whip cream, blueberries, slivered almonds, and lemon zest for a fund raiser at work. They are so easy and crazy good. They look professionally made and really couldn't be easier.

Bite size cheesecakes! Sound wonderful, did you take pictures?

Wow, it's been quite awhile since anyone posted on this thread. If anyone would prefer that I not post in it anymore, just say so and I won't bump it after this post....I won't be offended, I'll just make my own thread if I bake anything.

Anyway, I made chocolate chip scones yesterday, they are quite good.

With glaze....the glaze makes these even better...I used milk instead of water though.

Those look amazing!

these look amazing! I have a scone shoppe by me and these look just as good. Do you make a lot of scones? I'm wondering if you could switch the chocolate for anything, blackberries, coconut, pears and walnuts, wow- now i really want a scone!!!

Thanks! These are actually the first scones I have ever made. They were very simple and quick to make (minus the half hour for chilling) so I will absolutely make them again.

There are TONS of scones recipes. You could easily find recipes for each of those things, but I don't see why I couldn't have taken out the chocolate and added something else instead.

Some nice plain bread to go with the leftovers from our roast beef tonight. Even made some home made mayo to go with it. Though, I am thinking the mayo isn't going to work, it seems to be separating as it sits.... I guess I messed up somewhere in the recipe.
