Rest in Peace -2017
That's my go-to zucchini bread recipe. I wind up tweaking it with add-ins for different flavors, but the basic recipe stays the same. But, I usually add half again as much zucchini in the summer when it's abundant.Last weekend, I was given a LARGE cucuzza squash. DH hates cooked squash, so I had to come up with something new. Talk about delicious!! I think I have enough squash left to make 2 more batches, so that's today's job.
