What are you baking now?

Ok... I made Cashew Nut Brittle per DragonFly Ranch's recipe for Peanut Brittle... it's cooling now
Banana Cakes are cooling now
Pinto Bean Fudge is setting up in the fridge as I type
and the Pumpkin Pie for tomorrow's dinner is cooling too!

Once I have whipped up the french silk & vanilla creme frosting for the banana cakes & frosted them, I'll post a pic.
Tomorrow I am bringing dinner over to the in-laws so had to get dessert and stuff ready. I'm taking a few pieces of fudge, one banana cake ( I LOVE banana cake) and the pumpkin pie, along with a full dinner of ready to heat ham, baked potatoes, sweet potatoes, corn & carrots & rolls.

oatmeal raisin cookies, pecan sandies, Swedish almond cookies, and strasbourg cookies.
Is that all? I've been doing it all day! Oh yea, I made these fantastic fruit cake cookies.

And tomorrow...more 10 egg pound cakes! People are running through them like they were really good or something.

Not baking but making up candies....white and milk chocolate drizzled popcorn, white and chocolate dipped pretzels and chocolate cornflake candies. White and chocolate peanut clusters. I think I am done!
You all are funny. I am up lots during the night hours and when I can't sleep I am on here catching up on my subscribed byc posts. I hardly have time for the "recent posts" as there is so much to catch up on. LOL I also get up at six am with dh to get his breakfast and get him off to work. I do go back to bed around 8 most days to catch a nap..like till 8:30 or so.

I made bar cookies and Sugar Duck cookies. I made up the dough for Gingerbread Geese and it is chilling.
I am about to mix up some thumbprint cookie dough to chill.

Not yet. I spent my days off last week sick and unable to think straight. I am hoping to be able to make them on Wednesday.

I copied this recipe down a long time ago and have been wanting to try it. I am finally done with all of my Christmas baking, shopping and wrapping!! So I am planning to bake one today. ) Terrie my girls finally have started laying again! Not everyone but a great start
