Banana Cakes are cooling now
Pinto Bean Fudge is setting up in the fridge as I type
and the Pumpkin Pie for tomorrow's dinner is cooling too!
Once I have whipped up the french silk & vanilla creme frosting for the banana cakes & frosted them, I'll post a pic.
Tomorrow I am bringing dinner over to the in-laws so had to get dessert and stuff ready. I'm taking a few pieces of fudge, one banana cake ( I LOVE banana cake) and the pumpkin pie, along with a full dinner of ready to heat ham, baked potatoes, sweet potatoes, corn & carrots & rolls.
