Anyone out there ever make English Muffin bread. My sister-in-law gave us a loaf made by Wolferman's and it was so good. I make my own English Muffins and thinking I could just use that recipe for the loaf, but thought I'd check and see if anyone else has a recipe first.

I made Lemon Chiffon cake today. My family loves it and keeps asking for more. Uses up 8 eggs too

tallieb - Put a slice or two of bread in the container with them and they will stay soft, put it in there now and they will soften up

Not yet...
but I have all the ingredients for Ron Magers' (local news anchor) Chocolate Flan Cake

It uses boxed Devils Food cake mix, use 12oz can of coke for liquid called for
Pour Cajete (if you can find it) or caramel topping into the bottom of a well-greased Bundt pan
Pour prepared cake batter on top of that
Then make a flan from a can of evaporated milk (not skim!) a can of sweetened condensed milk and 2 eggs
(recipe says you can also use 5 eggs and a 3oz cream cheese for a richer flan)
Pour the flan down the side of the pan so it sinks under the cake batter
Bake at 350 for at least 45min - may take longer - until the cake pulls away slightly from the side of the pan
Let cool, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours before turning out of the pan
You should get a really moist chocolate cake topped by flan

I'll let you know how it turns out
This definitely sounds like a Take To Work cake - living alone I can see myself devouring the whole thing if it's good
