What are you baking now?

I would love the recipe for the broccoli and provolone quiche.

I started out the day thinking about making a quiche and ended up making pumpkin bread instead..... I've got 6 loaves cooling.
Although, I still have a hankering for a good broccoli quiche.

Baked Frech Toast just coming out of the oven. . . .

It uses 8 eggs and is one of my children's favorite breakfasts.

Last night, I made a smoke provolone, broccolli, and ham quiche.

The day before - - 6 loaves of delicious, moist, pumpkin bread!

It was delicious! Here's the link to the recipe: http://allrecipes.com/Recipe/broccoli-and-provolone-quiche/detail.aspx
I don't like garlic so I didn't use it in mine and it was still wonderful! Enjoy!

Ingredients
3 cups broccoli florets
3 tablespoons olive oil
2 cloves garlic, peeled and minced (I would say this is an optional ingredient)
1 medium onion, finely chopped
1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
1 (9 inch) unbaked deep dish pie crust
4 eggs, beaten (I used 5 cuz my eggs are still small)
1 egg yolk, beaten
1 pint heavy cream (I used 1 c cream and 1 c whole milk)
salt and pepper to taste
1 cup shredded provolone cheese

Directions
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
2. Place a steamer basket in a medium saucepan filled with about 1 inch of water. Place broccoli in the steamer basket, and bring water to a boil. Cover, and steam 5 minutes, or until broccoli is tender but firm.
3. Heat the oil in a medium skillet over medium heat, and saute garlic and onion until tender. Mix in the broccoli, and continue cooking 1 to 2 minutes. Season with red pepper flakes. Transfer to the pie crust.
4. In a medium bowl, whisk together eggs, egg yolk, and heavy cream. Pour over the broccoli mixture in the pie crust. Season with salt and pepper. Top with Provolone.
5. Bake 35 minutes in the preheated oven, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
