Yesterday I put up 2 pints and 1 quart of apple jelly and 2 quarts and 1 pint of apple juice. I had the rest of the apples in the crockpot overnight and they will become apple butter this morning. I have the other half othe apples still here, so I'm thinking apple sauce, jelly and juice and maybe some apple pie filling if I have enough.

7 pints peaches, these are my white peaches that have really red centers, hence the pink/red syrup after processing:

And 12 more half pints banana butter, I cooked this batch a little long so it started browning on me!

I think that's about all for this summer, though if I can get more I'll do another batch of pickles. And if I can land my hands on some green peanuts I'll do up some boiled peanuts.
