What are you canning now?

I didn't used to like sauerkraut, but I converted when I had it paired with roast beef, swiss and homemade bread. Best sandwich ever.

Put up 5 quarts + 1 pint Spiced Pear Sauce today, made three large loaves of zucchini bread (two will go in the freezer) and grated and froze ten more cups of zucchini for bread making over the winter.
 
I just returned from walmart with my two cases of pint jars at ace's sale price... Plus I use a coupon from last weeks ads that gave me a free box of lids....

I would of got more ( and still might since the sale doesn't end until tomorrow) BUT I really don't know how much more canning I will do next year. I used most of my pint jars for salsa this year. Next year, I don't think I want to plant that many tomatoes.

I did make the garden bigger this fall . . . so who knows! I just KNOW I would of rather of planted something INSTEAD of all those tomatoes.

I am new to this canning thing, but I THINK what I really need more of is QUART jars.
 
Just got back from Target and they have a very small canning section there...so tucked in this small section is a wonderful idea...dissolvable labels! How cool is that! Can't wait to try them!
