What is a Paleo diet?
Paleo diet is awesome for your health and restoring balance to your body (like erinszoo mentioned about being good for diabetics), but it is strict. I've got a ton of links I can share with you if you want them. We are all gluten free in my house now, due to my son having a severe allergy to wheat gluten, and a lot of paleo is awesome for gluten free. But I digress. I've got a lot of really tasty and easy recipes if you want them, like I said. I've got to be able to cook so that my 5 and 6 year old will eat it lol

http://againstallgrain.com/ This website has meals, deserts, breads, etc. It is where I started. Personally I can't stick with it strictly (I still love my rice and corn pastas), but 2 out of 3 meals we eat are paleo. Hope some of this helps.
