Good morning to all of you - as I mentioned off work this week and have been so busy. I need a vacation from my vacation
We have managed to put up 24 1/2 pints of the Blackberry Chipotle Sauce and it is wonderful. We took some to market yesterday and sold 4 jars. I sampled with a cracker and cream cheese and people loved it. This is a very laid back market and only may be 2 dozen people come through but it pays for a couple bags of chicken feed.
Anyway, just a quick check in to say I'm still here and just really busy. We picked 21.5# of Apricots that need to get put up today in the afternoon once the heat really kicks in.
Back to work next week so more time to catch up with everyone.
I must say that everyone's canning efforts here look and sound delicious.
