Canning help needed... so I was processing my first grapes from my grape vines. Had a packet of stuff to make freezer jam. Followed instructions, but the stuff in their did not seem to dissolve well- it was clumpy. It never solidified in the fridge. Still watery. Can I heat it up, add some ball pectin mix and make it the hot method now with a ht water bath canning process?
