Got a blue ribbon for my plum jam! Also got 3 second place ribbons for Vanilla Pear Butter, Pickled Sweet Peppers & Blackberry Jam!

Canned 2 quarts of applesauce! It's really really good!

Got the better 3/4 of a bushel of apples still to go, but I think I am going to do that Saturday. This canning before work stuff is stressful. And not very organized! I am BWB canning the applesauce now, and I cooked it yesterday! I just didn't have time to process it. Not worth it to me. Will wait til my day off. Or I'll change my mind tomorrow
