Died?

Yes died. 6/29/03 The Queen passed.

Ah, jeez, first Henson Cargill, then the spunky gal. This is a rough month for me....

I just finished "The Scarlet Letter" which is awesome, read it for school, also for school I'm reading "Shadow of the Almighty." Usually I LOVE missionary books, but I'm looking forward to getting done with this one. And I'm reading "Pride and Prejudice" again. It's my read-a-couple-chapters-before-going-sleep-so-that-I-don't-have-weird-dreams book.

I used to be a huge reader! I haven't been reading so much, because I just don't have the time. Once I found BYC, that kind of took over any time I might have for reading at home.

Now, I get my reading while I drive to and from work.

Right now, I'm listening to "Handle With Care," by Jodi Picoult. I've read all of her books.

I am reading the uncut version of "The Stand" by Stephen King. It's my favorite book of all time. I have readf it every year for about 30 yrs now and am surprised that I always notice something new.... I love the characters.

Bout done with that and will probably read "Lonesome Dove" again.. I agree with you guys it's an awesome book. That and "The Prince Of Tides" were both so beautiful and picturesque....

But on the other hand...I am a James Michner fanatic...Might read "Texas" again.....

LOVE LOVE LOVE RObert Jordans Wheel of Time series.Currently reading #6 Lord of Chaos while waiting for the NEW one.I have it preordered from walmart "the Gathering Storm. REALLY excited!!!

Recently a friend sent me the boy in striped pajamas and that was a HARD SAD read!

The Stand is my favorite of all time too!!! I just finished "The Last Song" for a book club meeting. I don't usually read Nicholas Sparks because his books usually end on a negative note. But it was good!
