Turkey Chili

2 lbs of ground turkey
a medium size yellow onion
3 cans of kidney beans
2 cans of black beans
1 large can of diced tomatoes with green chilis
1 large can of whole tomatoes
one paket of chili seasoning
and some paprika, chili powder, garlic salt

HMM HMM!!!

Today put some chicken thighs in before leaving for work, seasoned w/Paul Prudhomme's Poultry magic, a splash of sherry, when I get home from work will add in a can of golden cream of mushroom soup, a jar of mushrooms and a pkg of cream cheese & cook it on high for about an hour, then serve over egg noodles. Calorie dense but yummy!

Posting yesterdays since I haven't done anything today.

Yesterday was Beef Tip Ribs in my homemade Apple/Rosemary BBQ sauce

1-1 1/2 lbs of Short ribs
1 cup ketchup
1/2 cup apple jelly
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
1 tbsp dried rosemary
1 tsp minced garlic
pinch of salt
black pepper to taste

Husband went crazy over it! I don't eat beef though
