What are YOU thankful for this year?

I am thankful for BYC and being able to share why we are thankful! Also thankful for my relationship with my Savior, my DH, and kiddo, and thankful we are now debt free except for the house, and WORKING AGAIN! Life is Goooooooooooooooooooood!

ya know this would be easier if ya asked what I am not thankful for...like that really itchy spot on the bottom of my foot while I am driving...NOT thankful for that, though I am thankful for my foot and the ability to drive....nevermind...

I am thankful.........

hubby found a good paying job that has benefits, 401K and pension.
be able to afford a few luxuries without strimping and saving that we had done in the last six years since I lost my job.
everyone is in good health now, we are off the "grid" from Medicaid and food pantries, time for someone else who needs it more and our turn to donate
all of you BYCers
wonderful chickens and a goal I can make getting the club started
a pantry full of food, not looking a meager supplies wondering what kind of meal I can whip up
DD going to a Christian school instead of public school
and everyone loves me!

I am thankful for having such a great family
....for having enough to make it
....for all my wonderful animals that I keep
....and for the wonderful Turkey that's going to give up her life for us on Monday November 22nd

I am thankful that my husband's therapy for his Hep C is working so well so far! (He got it from transfusions in the 80s before they tested blood for such things.)
I am thankful for my husband, in general. He's pretty awesome and makes my life fabulous!
I am thankful for my kids, being healthy and smart, and generally great kids.
I am thankful for my dog, my cats and my chickens, who all help keep me sane.
I am thankful for my new job - but I better go do some work so I can keep it!
