We have a lot of other hens that don't have names. If i could tell them apart they would have names.

I have too many and haven't named them all.
1st flock is my older first born chickens.
They are called 'old people home' or 'old chickens'
Satan, Yoko, Butters, Erika, Princess Peach, Black Girl, Hawk, etc.. many more, can't remember names.
Second flock is 'the 17' even though there is 24 of them.
Phoenex, Screech, Flower, Satan's son(son of my rooster, Satan) etc.. again too many to name.
And the 'Bantam aka the littles'
Circle, Bear, Ballerina, Silkie, Vulture, etc
And last the ducks or 'The Crazies'
Finn, Midge, Poopy, Taylor, Gandalf, Asher and the new 8 babies Poopy had but haven't named all of them yet.. 2D is one of them.. haven't picked names for the other 7. They are now 12 weeks old.

Do either of you have a system or a theme for naming your flocks?

Nope I just see what name suites the bird. Sometimes I name them out of books I’m writing, it makes it seem more real
