she has a lg right now but wants to up grade.she loves to hatch she is 10 .she wants one that hatch's over 75 chicken eggs an is easy to regulate with temp an humidy.we are looking to spend around 200 hundred.

Off the top of my head I dont know one that holds 75 that cheep.

You could take a dorm fridge an mount the heat elements an thermostat out of the incubator you have in the top. Then add two trays to put auto turners in it. Add a good strong fan an you would have one that holds about 80.

Watch craigslist for a pepsi style store cooler. You can run 4 turners at least in it. Find one with a shot compressor that's cheap, mine was $25. Then build it from that.
 
Keep a look out on Ebay I got a brand new semi automatic 160 egg cabinet one for £150 it's worth about £600 so you can get a really good bargain if you time it right. I know I'm in UK but would have thought US E bay is very similar

For $200 with a turner you are looking at a Hovabator 1588... but it only holds 42 eggs.

I'd try craigslist. Look for a Sportsman on sale.
