No actually. That chick I showed just hatched a few days ago. His mother is a new addition to my flock. This is my first year introducing barring and sexlinked barring. However, if you search up Black sexlink cockerels, you can see some examples of offspring that plays with sexlinked barring.

Below is a male sexlink. Males will have a headspot.
I will add one thing though. Barring is a dominant gene, which means a bird with barring in their genotype have to show it. HOWEVER, barring is white stripes, not black stripes, so it can hide on a white bird.
