Someone mentioned in a previous comment possibly he is a Delaware. From what I’ve seen, he does look similar but is just now beginning to get some of his adult saddle/tail feathers so I’m still unsure. Any additional thoughts on breed?

I think Delaware is most likely, based on his current appearance. But I wouldn't be entirely sure until he's fully grown, because color patterns can sometimes change when they get their adult feathers.
