This was supposed to be a black sex link but she/he is turning very gold. Now I don’t know if I was given that wrong one. I am getting rooster vibes. Hen or roo? Red sex link or other?

Definitely looks like a pullet. But the straight comb would seem to indicate it's not an ee. There are some really pretty breeds with pullets that look similar. Good to know. I guess I am only familiar with the ones made from Americauna.There are many ways to get an EE. One of them is through a legbar, a straight combed breed, which is also consistent with the crest

She looks like she's from the same gene pool as the ones in question above, and definitely looks like a pullet.
There are some really interesting 'black sex link' pullets out there this year. Do you happen to have a pic of her as a chick (down stage)?
