Silkiemomma, can we see a side shot of your bird? It very well may be an Old English Bantam. They come in a million different varieties though, so need a side shot to see the colors/pattern.

The third one looks just like my Black Japanese trio I had...and yea, he's a roo!

The black one is definitely a hatchery quality Japanese and not a OEGB. Legs are way too short and tail carriage is all wrong to be an OEGB but perfect for a Japanese.
